'top up' any prices that have changed

Adding a feature that would allow the owner of the wishlist to 'top up' the price if, for example, the price when added the the wishlist is lower than when someone bought the item so rather than going through the process of refunding and then the gifter gifting again but losing out on processing fees, the person receiving the gift can top up to the full amount of the product
