Option to Mark a Gift as Purchased

I think there should be an option to mark items on a Wishlist as 'purchased'. For example, if someone outside of Throne purchases something on the Wishlist. I think it will look good for creators to mark items as purchased instead of just deleting it off the Wishlist so fans can see people are purchasing gifts.
