I need to see shipping cost when adding products to my wish list

I'm having an issue where I add a $10 item to my list but my followers tell me $45 when shipping is included. My only way to check shipping is to add the item to my bag and I can only check one by one so I have to do each individually. It would be cool to see the total including shipping and taxes when adding an item to the list
I'm attaching a picture of an example so you know what I mean. No problem with that shop in particular, just a general issue I'm having.
